Family Crossing Bridges Now (FCBN), founded in 2023 by Dr. Lucretia Freeman-Buster, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting low to moderate-income and disadvantaged families. Inspired by her profound understanding of the challenges faced by children and families, Dr. Freeman-Buster established FCBN as a vital link connecting families to essential resources and empowering opportunities.
At FCBN, we are more than just an organization—we’re a catalyst for positive change. Our programs span financial education, job training, entrepreneurship, health and wellness, and arts education, all crafted to empower families to move from merely surviving to actively thriving. We partner with nonprofit, private, and public organizations to deliver holistic support that equips families with the skills and resources they need to build sustainable futures.

International Projects
Family Crossing Bridges Now (FCBN) leads international projects focused on uplifting underserved communities. These initiatives include providing education, skills training, and essential resources for children and women in developing countries. Through projects like The HopeHarbor Project and the Way-AID and Care Development Program (WACDEP) in Liberia, FCBN offers tuition assistance, vocational training, and psychosocial support, creating pathways to stability, growth, and brighter futures for vulnerable populations.
