The Hope Harbor Project

The Hope Harbor Project is dedicated to empowering children and women through quality education, skills training, and resources that foster independence. Our mission is to replace cycles of poverty with cycles of empowerment, creating opportunities for a brighter, self-sustaining future.

Mission
To transform the lives of underprivileged children and women in developing countries through education, skill development, and women’s entrepreneurship. We provide essential resources like healthcare, food, and shelter to ensure every child and woman can thrive.

Project in Liberia

Way-AID and Care Development Program (WACDEP)

WACDEP addresses the challenges faced by Liberia’s most vulnerable children, especially those impacted by conflict, poverty, and the COVID-19 pandemic. With one of the highest rates of out-of-school children globally, Liberia faces an urgent educational crisis, exacerbated by economic instability. Many children, some orphaned or forced to provide for their families, struggle for basic support and access to education.

FCBN’s WACDEP provides pathways to stability and growth, offering:

  • Tuition Assistance for primary and secondary students

  • Scholarships for study abroad opportunities

  • Vocational Training in trades like carpentry and agriculture

  • Psychosocial Support for trauma-affected children

  • Rehabilitation and Reintegration for street children

  • Sports and Recreation to build teamwork and health

Together, we’re empowering Liberia’s youth to build brighter futures.
